Customer Support Representative

Overview

The Customer Support Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing business support for the sales team consisting of the Territory Managers (TM) and the General Sales Manager (GSM). The role will be accountable for preparation of documents for the bid process. For this reason, this position requires a high level of organization, prioritization, and attention to detail at a rapid pace. Since many requests will come through email and phone, clear and efficient communication is also required. This position will report to the Lead CSR and can be in our corporate office located in Romeoville, IL or remotely. The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the TM’s when they are mobile and need documents sent to clients for the bid process, such as supplying proposals to new bidders of currently bidding (i.e. existing) projects.
  • Ensure that all in-house documents and CRM (Estimate Sheet and Salesforce) match the outgoing proposal
  • Assist TM’s with assigning bidding customers to opportunities, marking winning contractor, and entering new bidders account and contact information in CRM (Salesforce).
  • At time of order, help collect all post-order documentation & information, upload documentation into appropriate folder for Finance team review.
  • Identify the best way to efficiently organize incoming requests from sales team.

Travel

Due to company-wide meetings, tradeshows, regional meetings & regional events may result in occasional overnight travel.
