The Project Manager / Field Engineer (PM) is responsible for onsite project management and coordination between StormTrap’s customer and the precast manufacturer. The PM will report directly to a Senior Project Manager and work closely with Territory Managers (sales engineers) from shortly after purchase order execution to ensure customer satisfaction through to the end of the installation. PM is also responsible for the overall strategic allocation and management of StormTrap forming assets as well as the cultivation and maintenance of precast manufacturer relationships. The PM and TM will collectively work together, employing the company sales/ops process to provide our stakeholders the best solution in the industry (civil engineers, developers, municipalities and site work/utility contractors).
While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee can be exposed to a variety of weather and work conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in these environments and job sites can be loud.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; lift; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
This is a full-time position that will involve 40+ hours a week. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and emergencies.
