A significant urban redevelopment is underway in the heart of Flagler Village, one of Fort Lauderdale’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Spanning 5.6 acres, the project includes a mix of residential units, office space, and retail buildings, designed to enhance the area’s livability and economic vitality.

To support sustainable site development, StormTrap provided a custom-engineered stormwater management solution. The uniquely shaped underground system was designed to fit around the building foundations, maximizing land use while meeting stormwater regulations. With a total storage capacity of 23,332 cubic feet, the basins manage runoff efficiently by capturing and infiltrating stormwater directly on-site.
