A StormTrap detention system was selected to manage runoff at Oxford Gateway Apartments, a new 14.67 acre development, located south of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and along the LYNX Blue Line Extension (Charlotte light rail). The 338 unit apartment project involves constructing seven buildings with open surface parking. Due to limited space, an above ground detention pond was not a feasible option. A StormTrap system was selected to maximize usable land.
