This is a terrific opportunity for a talented Data Entry Specialist to join a growing group of committed teammates that provide stormwater management solutions to civil engineers, developers, municipalities, and construction professionals.

Overview

StormTrap has identified the need for the management of data input and accuracy throughout its organization. The Data Entry Specialist is an entry level position that will be responsible for ensuring the timeliness, accuracy and management of data throughout its business systems. Top candidates will possess an excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform complete and proper data entry into customer relations management database and online content management systems
Compile and manage quarterly data metrics and report to end users
Assess existing data for accuracy and communicate/educate end users on best practices as it relates to data quality
Proactively research system improvements, new releases, and best practices that can be implemented into the organization
Special projects as needed that are related to data management and improvement
Work in a collaborative environment with all StormTrap departments

Desired Skills and Experience

Self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and ability to work well independently and with others. Creativity in overcoming problems and objections, strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or related experience required
Experience with Salesforce or similar Project Management/CRM Software
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365 and other standard office software
Strong data organizational skills desired
Valid driver’s license, current insurance and a good driving record
A complete background check including professional references as requested
