Project Details: A former ski area was being developed into a senior living community in North Andover, MA and required a stormwater management system to satisfy state and municipal stormwater regulations.
Challenge: The site’s existing conditions presented difficult planning restraints with steep topography and environmental concerns. A large amount of the site development is located within buffer zones to bordering vegetated wetlands and resulted in an increase of impervious surface.
