Project Details

The Pacific Drive Apartments in Raleigh, NC, is a multifamily residential development that required an on-site stormwater management solution capable of managing increased runoff.

To meet the required storage volume, an underground system was installed. StormTrap provided a two-basin solution: one detention chamber consisting of a 12′-0″ DoubleTrap and the other an 8′-9″ DoubleTrap. The system was installed on a stone base and upstream of a filter to support effective stormwater management within a constrained footprint.
