Project Details

As part of the new Retail and Parking Commons at the University of Toronto Scarborough, StormTrap supplied two precast stormwater basins to manage rainwater runoff from the new building and parking structure. The SingleTrap system gradually infiltrates captured runoff back into the ground, helping reduce strain on local infrastructure and protecting the surrounding watershed.

The six-level building will feature a café, campus bookstore, parking office, and a multi-purpose space. It will also provide 1,084 new parking spots, including electric vehicle charging stations and dedicated bicycle parking.

The building is scheduled to open in June 2026.
