Project Details

A housing community in downtown Excelsior, Minnesota, needed effective water storage that would meet city requirements and work with an existing treatment system on site. This multifamily project featured seven new residential buildings and a parking garage.

StormTrap provided a unique, long detention vault using 4’-2” and 5’-6” SingleTrap modular pieces. Given the site’s footprint constraints, the basin was placed near the buildings along the south side of the property. The system was installed in just two days and provides over 11,900 cubic feet of water storage.
