The Walkers Line Corporate Centre is a modern office and industrial development located in Burlington, Ontario. Developed by Montez in partnership with Hopewell Development, the site spans 22.96 acres and consists of 3 industrial buildings and 2 flex offices.

To meet local regulatory requirements, a DoubleTrap system was selected, which provides full access for maintenance and cleaning. The StormTrap system was installed in early August 2023.
