Project Details

StormTrap provided two SiteSaver hydrodynamic separator devices to effectively remove sediments from waterways in Adams County, Colorado. The 62nd Roadway Improvements project consisted of widening roadways, installing traffic signals, and constructing sidewalks, among other improvements. As part of the project, StormTrap provided a water quality solution to meet the County’s MS4 requirements for total suspended solids (TSS) removal. Given the project’s confined, linear nature, there was no space above ground to treat stormwater coming off the new impervious area. StormTrap’s underground SiteSaver provided the ideal solution, effectively treating stormwater by removing TSS and floatable.
