Project Details

The Avanti Project in Manassas, VA is a data center development that required additional stormwater storage within a compact footprint after a plan change. StormTrap provided an 11′-4″ DoubleTrap system installed on a stone foundation, delivering 50,329 cubic feet of detention volume. Working closely with Kimley-Horn, our team quickly adjusted the design to meet the increased storage requirements and fast-track schedule, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
