Project Details

Bayside Business Park is a leasing complex situated in Pinellas Park, Florida. The park provides repurposed spaces for businesses which have previously included warehouses, gyms, and offices, among others. To construct four new buildings on-site, the project required an underground stormwater management solution.

StormTrap collaborated directly with the engineer and owner of the property to design a 4’-6” SingleTrap detention system. In consideration of footprint constraints, a North and South basin were installed in between buildings. The ninety-one-piece system provides a combined water storage of 42,026 cubic feet.
