Project Details

Park Walke is a luxury townhouse and single-family home community by The Providence Group. This brand-new community will feature nineteen uniquely designed houses with three-story floorplans ranging from 2,972 to 3,112 square feet.

StormTrap was selected for this project due to successful past collaborations and its proven ability to maximize storage capacity while minimizing the system’s footprint. The solution included a 49-piece detention basin, constructed from 7’-6” SingleTrap concrete modular units, which was installed over three days beneath a park.
