Project Details

The City of Edina, Minnesota, is constructing a new fire station. This building will help meet the growing needs of residents and provide the required operational space for the Edina Fire Department and Community Health Department.

In consideration of the watershed district and MPCA requirements, StormTrap was selected as part of the project to provide a stormwater management solution. A two-basin infiltration system was designed using 3’-0” SingleTrap concrete modular pieces. The system, installed beneath public parking lots, provides 26,508 cubic feet of combined water storage.
