Project Details

A stormwater management solution was required for a residential development situated in Huntersville, North Carolina. The 300-unit multifamily housing community includes a business and fitness center, pool, and other outdoor amenity spaces. Given the newly impervious area, the project called for a stormwater detention system.

With the diverse site conditions, StormTrap developed a three-basin solution, all varying in sizes, to effectively store and manage stormwater. This two-hundred-and-fifty-seven-piece system provides a combined water storage of 86,820 cubic feet.
