Project Details

Iveybrooke is a premier residential community located in Alpharetta, Georgia. This development will feature eighty-five townhomes and provide residents with various dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

As part of the project, StormTrap was chosen to provide a stormwater management solution to meet detention and infiltration requirements. Five basins were designed using 11’-2” and 11’-4” DoubleTrap pieces. See photos of this one hundred seventy-two-piece system which provides 97,340 cubic feet of water storage on-site.
