As a part of a redevelopment project, a retail property in St. Petersburg, Florida required a stormwater management system. Both the water detention and treatment systems needed to meet the permitting requirements for more than 10-acre site in Kenneth City.

StormTrap designed a 5’-0” SingleTrap detention system next to a 7’-0” DoubleTrap basin with a filter media bed. This media allows for filtration of stormwater, thereby meeting the water quality component of the project. The system stores and treats 51,000 cf of storm water.
