Project Details

Linc Housing, a nonprofit in Los Angeles, California, is building a new apartment complex at 17100 Victory Boulevard. In partnership with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, Linc Housing is developing a complex to support affordable housing for the community. The living space will provide 194 homes for individuals and families in need.

The small site footprint required a creative approach to underground detention. StormTrap provided an 11′-4″ DoubleTrap system that can accommodate up to 6,160 cubic feet of stormwater storage. This 14-piece installation ensured the site remained compliant with local regulations without sacrificing valuable space for the housing community. The basin rests on a stone base underneath a parking lot.
