The Martin Luther King Apartments complex is a redevelopment in Hartford, Connecticut. The complex features 161 units, including both townhouse-style buildings and a three-story fully handicapped-accessible building.

To effectively manage on-site stormwater, the development required a custom-engineered solution. StormTrap designed a large detention system using 102, 6’-0” DoubleTrap concrete modular pieces. The system provides 31,743 cubic feet of storm water storage while being located next to buildings, utility lines, and other underground structures.
