Project Details

Imperium Development in Suwanee, Georgia required an underground water storage solution for a new multifamily building. The property, known as McGinnis Ferry, features over 200 housing units, a clubhouse, and a fitness center. StormTrap was chosen to provide a detention system as part of the project.

A large 11’-4” DoubleTrap basin was designed in consideration of existing utilities and limited space on-site. The system was installed underneath the parking lot and can hold up to 70,575 cubic feet of water.
