Project Details

Springline at District 60 is a forty-two-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Chesterfield County, Virginia. With the demolition of the Spring Rock Green shopping center, the site now consists of various residential, retail, entertainment, and office spaces.

StormTrap designed a large stormwater system using 11’-4” and 14’-0” DoubleTrap pieces. This underground basin, capable of storing 110,755 cf of water, was installed on-site between a retaining wall and buildings. The system was also integrated with a filter which provides phosphorus removal, enhancing water quality in the county.
