The Autry at Tulip Grove will bring 300 Class A apartments in Buford, GA, featuring resort-style amenities. Located near a 100-acre mixed-use development, future residents will have convenient access to retail, entertainment, and dining.

To support the development, StormTrap designed an underground detention system that reduced both the footprint and cost. By utilizing a 10’-0” DoubleTrap basin capable of storing 147,599 cubic feet of stormwater, the project team was able to efficiently route a complex utility network across the site while also freeing up space above-ground for a community dog park.
