The Monin Facility Expansion project in Clearwater, FL, features an infiltration system installed beneath the parking lot, configured to accommodate landscaping elements and the foundations of solar canopies above.

The underground basin, built with 276, 3′-6″ SingleTrap modular units, provides 55,994 cubic feet of stormwater storage, efficiently combining functionality, sustainability, and site optimization.
