Project Details

The Rowan is a new multifamily housing development in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. The 318-unit apartment building will include amenities such as a business center, game room, and clubhouse. StormTrap was selected to provide an effective underground stormwater management solution. See photos of the one-hundred-and-fifty-nine-piece detention system installed in just five days. The basin provides over 100,000 cubic feet of water storage for the site. The project is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2025.
