Project Details

Warren Clinic is a new primary and urgent care facility in Owasso, Oklahoma. StormTrap provided an underground detention system designed to maximize valuable site space while accommodating a limited footprint and low cover conditions. The 31-piece system was installed beneath the parking lot and provides 15,151 cubic feet of stormwater storage.

Challenge

The project had a limited site footprint and needed to accommodate low cover conditions while construction continued around the site. The stormwater system needed to fit beneath the parking lot without interfering with the surrounding construction.

Solution

StormTrap installed a 31-piece 5′-0″ SingleTrap detention basin beneath the parking lot. The underground system was installed in one day and included a watertight liner for reliable performance.
